Phase One: Contact and Feasibility

  1. Initial conversation: How can we create value for you?
  2. Feasibility process: Here, we ask important questions such as:
    • Is this manufacturable?
    • Is the part design optimized?
    • Is the tool design optimized?
    • Is the process capable?
    • Are there other value added opportunities?

Phase Two: Design and Quote

  1. Design and Quote - We quote the part and the tool.
  2. We present the quote and the design to you, the customer.

Phase Three: Build, Test and Go

  1. We complete the tool on time and on budget.
  2. Run trials. To ensure process capability, together we will change the part to meet the print or change the print to meet the part.
  3. Obtain your written approval.
  4. Deliver Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA); validate run-at rate adn launch production per our agreed to timeline.
  5. We give you what you want when you want it.

Phase Four: Review

  1. Management review throughout - Continuous improvement and quality assurance is applied throughout the process to ensure that you are receiving the product and service you expect. We modify the PPAP process to ensure there are no surprises.
  2. At all times: We listen to the voice of you our customer.
