Steve Dyer
Steve Dyer

Steve Dyer is President and CEO of Richardson Molding LLC. Previously, Steve saw significant success as the CEO of Trostel and Dickten Masch Plastics, Sr. Vice President of ClearEdge Power, and the Director of Operations for Heatcraft Refrigeration. He has spent the last 20 years transforming, strengthening, and growing multinational manufacturing companies through both operational and organizational excellence. Steve holds an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University, and is a trusted board member and professional mentor.

Ben Napier
Ben Napier

Ben Napier, VP of Human Resources, is responsible for the development, administration and implementation of all plans and programs relative to human resources and development. Ben has over 20 years of comprehensive human resources experience in change management, employee relations, training and development, benefits and compensation administration, legal compliance, policy development and strategic communications. Previously, Ben held leadership positions in Human Resources with Meggitt PLC, Mohawk Industries, and Genscape INC.

George Noel
George Noel

George Noel joined Richardson Molding in 1975 in the Company's tool and die program. Over his time with the Company, George has supplied the Company with many innovations and designs that keep Richardson Molding LLC as a leader in our market. As Richardson's Vice President of Engineering and Tooling, George works closely with our customers to ensure correct design and maintenance of Company owned and Customer owned tooling.

David Rodriguez
David Rodriguez

David joined Richardson Molding LLC in 2005 and is the Director of IT. David is responsible for the overall design, integration, and execution of the Company's technology infrastructure. With 38 years of experience, David has proficiencies in a diverse number of hardware, application platforms, and industries. He also offers knowledge in IT within different industries, hardware, and platforms, such as distribution, warehousing, banking and manufacturing. His hardware expertise includes platforms such as IBM System 34, 36, AS400, Window Servers, PCs and laptops.

Keith Toll
Keith Toll

Keith Toll is the Director of Sales for the Columbus, IN location. Keith joined Richardson in 1965 as an apprentice tool maker and quickly navigated through the organization holding positions of Tool Room Manager, Machine Shop Manager, and Engineering Manager. Keith's technical sale support capabilities and 20-plus years of experience in domestic sales allowed him to diversify Richardson's product offerings very early on and have been a key part of the business' success in to custom injection molding.
